2 Support/Reciprocation

WE MUST find a way to show support to one another as small business entrepreneurs. It is essential to the growth and sustainability of profit that this occurs. We all are supporting some types of business just to live, from groceries to household supplies, business supplies, etc. how do we funnel all those resources going out of our houses and out of our virtual Kingdom communities to support one another? That leads to our next key…

3 Consistency

We must commit to the success of one another. If we do not consistently support one another, then there will be no sustainability and thereby no growth as mentioned above.  This will most likely lead to those foundational morality points of trust, integrity, honestly and reliability.  If these core character traits are missing from our Kingdom Entrepreneurs, then it will be a hard sale to be consistent in supporting one another. We must return to those hardcore principles of letting your “Yea be Yea” and “Nay be Nay”, and your word is bond. If products and services are being produced and received and are high quality and in line with standards, why not be loyal and support one another, tough question? Likewise, we must be committed to producing those high-quality products that our expected of Kingdom representatives.

4 Setting Goals for Growth

Getting and staying organized with goal setting is very, very important. Too often we have all these great ideas, I mean there are just so many amazing ideas that we hear from people and then we do not hear anything else about it. What happened?? Well from our own experience, often, those ideas are not adequately supported and set up for success and therefore they flop. We must be able to set goals, and have the expectation that we will meet them, believe in them and nurture them. Plant the seeds and ensure we tend to the weeds that may sprout and water the seed and watch it grow. But even as we see that some seedling take off, we still must keep in mind we have to prune and tend to the plant. Even until maturity, to ensure that it is firmly grounded and producing fruit. This agricultural metaphor may seem cliché, but it is exactly what we all need to do to successfully build a kingdom business.

5 Check in and Level Up

Our final tip for this series is “Check in and Level up”. We must be able to receive counsel.

“Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.” Proverbs 15:22 ESV

Being able to aid one another with new ideas and better ways to do things, for the betterment of the entire Kingdom Business Community, is very important. If we are not able to take advice for improvements and enhancements, it will eventually hinder if not stop growth.

This is another area where being consistent will be very critical.  Being able to organize and assist one another in coming up with new ideas, implementing new and improved procedures to run business more efficiently or simply doing away with the old and bringing in the new, may be areas of aid when revamping or looking to improve business growth.
